Dawn Zhou, M. Sc., CGA. Ms. Zhou was the founder of API and currently serves as Executive Chairman and acts as a director of the Company. Ms. Zhou was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from April 2006 to June 2009. Previously, Ms. Zhou was the founder and President of Athabasca Resources Inc., which researched and secured the mineral rights for the Burr Project that were later transferred to API.  She is also currently a director of Ruby Energy Inc. and the sole director and shareholder of CSIT Consulting Inc.

James G. Davidson, B. Comm., CA., Mr. Davidson is a Chartered Accountant with over 33 years experience. Mr. Davidson began his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Since that time Mr. Davidson has held a number of project management positions with Weyerhaeuser Company. Most recently, in his eight years as Finance Process Manager, he was responsible for creating an accounting department to centralize and standardize the accounting function for a 40 facility industrial operation.

Terry Walbaum, P. Eng., is a Project Manager with 29 years of experience in engineering design, procurement, construction management, and environmental management. During his previous 27 years with SNC-Lavalin, Terry developed a thorough knowledge of evaluation, engineering, and project management through ever increasing responsibilities on a variety of projects, ranging from several hundred million dollars to over a billion dollars, and throughout a wide spectrum of global locations and industries including potash projects.

Kevan Bender, B. Sc. Mr. Bender graduated with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Agriculture Economics from the University of Saskatchewan in 1995. Mr. Bender was involved in API from the grassroots stage through to taking API public.  Prevous to API, he spent eleven years in the banking industry, nine of those years with a Canadian Chartered Bank including their Commercial Banking Division. Mr. Bender is a co-founder and Director of Ruby Energy Inc., a private oil company focused on oil exploration and development in southeast Saskatchewan.

Bradley V.A. Fettis, P. Eng. Mr. Fettis joined the Company in March 2008 and is currently the Vice President, Mining. Mr. Fettis has 14 years experience in the natural resources industry. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fettis held a number of engineering positions with Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. where he was employed for over 10 years. Mr. Fettis has
experience in the oil and natural gas industry having worked with Baker Hughes INTEQ, and in hard rock uranium mining at Cogema Resources Inc.’s (currently AREVA Resources Canada Inc.) Cluff Lake operation.

Robert Cross Mr. Cross has more than 20 years of experience as a financier in the mining and oil and gas sectors. Mr. Cross is a co-founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Bankers Petroleum Ltd., Non-Executive Chairman of B2Gold Corp. and, until October 2007, was the Non-Executive Chairman of Northern Orion Resources Inc. Between 1996 and 1998, Mr. Cross was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Yorkton Securities Inc. From 1987 to 1994, he was a Partner, Investment Banking with Gordon Capital Corporation in Toronto. He has an Engineering Degree from the University of Waterloo, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1987.

Brian B. Goodwin Mr. Goodwin is currently co-CEO and co-President of Floratine BioSciences, Inc. Mr. Goodwin was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Floratine Products Group, Inc. before selling that company in September 2007 and forming Floratine BioSciences, Inc.

Arnold E. Hillier, CA., Mr. Hillier is the former Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Claude Resources Inc., a Saskatchewan based gold exploration and mining company. Mr. Hillier was also Chairman of Claude Resources Inc. until 2004. Mr. Hillier is a Chartered Accountant and spent ten years in a senior financial capacity with Saskatchewan Mining and Development Corporation (the predecessor of Cameco Corp.) before joining Claude Resources Inc. in 1991. He is currently a director of Pacific & Western Credit Corp., Shore Gold Inc. and Wescan Goldfields Inc.
